The 237Welders Club held a productive working meeting at the JFN headquarters with Professor Paul Kah, Vice President of the International Institute of Welding (IIW) and President of the Cameroon Welding Association (CWA).
The purpose of these discussions was to prepare for the upcoming launch in 2027 of the international IWP (International Welding Practitioner) and IWS (International Welding Specialist) certifications in Cameroon.
The 237Welders Club officially reaffirmed its logistical and communications support for the joint initiatives of the CWA and the JFN.
We advocated for affordable training costs to enable more Cameroonian technicians to access these global standards.
Obtaining these IIW-certified diplomas represents a decisive advantage for the international mobility of our talent, demonstrating our mastery of the most demanding welding standards.
This alliance between international expertise and local roots is the foundation upon which we are building the future of welding in Cameroon.
Join our community to benefit from upcoming IIW training courses.
