In Cameroon, the informal economy still dominates and many professionals in welding and assembly work without a structured framework. Through our awareness caravans, we actively promote the professionalisation of young people and self-taught practitioners.
For 237Welders, professionalisation is the strategic lever that transforms an informal activity into a regulated trade, ensuring efficiency, safety and legitimacy.
To achieve this, we offer, through our member training centres, qualifying initial programmes lasting at least nine months. Combining rigorous theory, intensive practice and company immersion, these programmes lead to national and international certifications and open the way to lifelong continuing education.
